Refund policy
Refunds & Returns
We may offer a refund or replacement if your order arrives in an unsatisfactory condition.
To be eligible, you must:
- Contact us within 12 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photographic evidence of the issue
- Keep all items and packaging until we confirm next steps
Returns
Due to the nature of our products, returned items cannot be resold and will be wasted. We take this seriously and aim to minimise unnecessary waste wherever possible.
For that reason, we only accept returns in exceptional circumstances, assessed on a case-by-case basis.
If a return is approved, the following conditions apply:
- Products must be returned in their original condition
- A minimum of 6kg is required to ensure items remain frozen during transit
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Important Information
- Refunds or replacements will not be issued unless the above conditions are met
- Orders delayed in transit will not be refunded or replaced if delivered within 48 hours
- Any issues relating to damage, missing items, or spoilage must be reported within 12 hours of delivery
- Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days
