Welcome to Meat for Dogs.

References to “we”, “us” and “our” mean Meat for Dogs. We operate this website and online store, including all related content, features, tools, products and services (the “Services”), to provide you with a simple and secure shopping experience. Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to process orders and payments.

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced within them (the “Terms”), explain how you can access and use our Services.

If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will contact you using the details provided.

All purchases are subject to our Refunds & Returns Policy. Products are supplied for personal use only and must not be resold or exported without our prior written permission.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (£).

The majority of our products are classified as Working Raw Dog Food and are zero-rated for VAT. Other items may be subject to VAT, which will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Delivery charges and any additional fees will also be shown before you complete your purchase.

Prices and promotions may change at any time. The price you pay is the one confirmed at checkout.

You agree to provide valid and up-to-date payment details and confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

5. Delivery

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control, including courier issues or adverse weather conditions.

Responsibility for the goods passes to you upon delivery. You are responsible for checking your order and ensuring it is stored correctly on arrival.

6. Intellectual Property

All content available through our Services - including text, images, branding, graphics, video, audio and design - belongs to Meat for Dogs or its licensors and is protected by UK intellectual property laws.

You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial use only. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute or modify any content without our prior written consent.
