The recipes are based around 80:10:10 - meat, bone, offal.
Offal is beef liver and kidney.
We use carcass for the bone content so the bone content can be less precise.

How to serve:
Defrost (24 hrs in the fridge), serve in the bowl, prepare for intense eye contact.
Portioning:
About 2–3% of your dog’s body weight per day (5-6% for puppies), but don’t stress about the maths - they’ll tell you if you’ve underdone it.
Storage:
Keep frozen until ready to use. Do not refreeze. Do not microwave. Do not panic.
